GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS


Student Center: This will not be available to use from this week onwards. Use caution in this area.

IB DP Information: There will be an IB DP Parent Information Evening to Grade 10 parents on Monday 30th November @ 7:30pm in A21. There will be a repeated session on 2nd December for parents @ 8:30am in E12.

Orchestra and Choir performance: This will be held on Tuesday 1st December @ 7:30pm in the auditorium.

Zombie Zoo:  Are you ready for Bricks fundraiser on Friday 4th at from 4pm to 7pm in the BBT?  Check out the link  Zombie Zoo. We hope to see everyone there supporting Bricks in sustaining its community service projects.

St Paul’s Mini MUN: Saturday, December 5 Graded's MUN team will participate in St. Paul's MiniMUN Conference. We have four chair positions, and over twenty delegates participating. Go Eagles! 

Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. Interested in taking part in an editorial cartoon competition? A new award category, Editorial Cartoons, sponsored by The Herb Block Foundation, is designated for artwork that conveys a political theme or message. Three $1,000 cash scholarships will be awarded to students who earn National Medals in Editorial Cartoon in the 2016 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. Editorial cartoons may be in the form of, but are not limited to single panel drawings with captions, sequential comic art, illustrations, digitally created drawings, or animated films with a political theme or message. Students and educators should visit our website for more information. For the chance to earn a $1,000 scholarship, students in grades 7–12 are encouraged to submit their editorial cartoons to the Scholastic Awards at www.artandwriting.org
Deadline: The deadline for submissions is generally in mid-DecemberClick here for more information on deadlines.
