Welcome to our new academic year!
We are excited to have 45 new students and 10 new teachers joining the High School. Our new HS faculty includes:

Grade level leaders: With the launch this year of our theme of "One School, One Community, One Graded", we have created a grade level leader structure. Grade level leaders will be working with teachers and students to facilitate our community building program. You will be informed of which grade level group you will be in. Our grade level leaders will be:

Grade 10: Mr. Breno Deffanti
Grade 9: Ms. Maggie Moraes

Thursday 4th August: We will have a special schedule for the first day of school so students have the opportunity to meet all their teachers.

HS Handbooks
Check out our updated Handbooks. HS Student and Parent Handbook.  If you are an activity leader, be sure to check your activity is updated in the HS Activities Handbook. If it is not, let Mr. Switzer know.  The Activities Fair and sign up will be on 19th August. More information to follow. Activities will formally start on 22th August.

FLEX/Community Time
In keeping with our goal this year of building community, we have revised the FLEX model so as to accommodate community time with grade levels. This schedule is posted outside the auditorium.  FLEX/Community Time schedule

Student Council Grade level Officers WANTED:
We are excited to have the launch of Student Council this academic year. Our student council executive and student advisors will be sharing news with you about standing for grade level officers. If you are interested in standing for a grade level officer position, please review the links. Good luck!

Music/Choir Combined Rehearsals: The music and choir students will miss the following blocks for their combined rehearsals:

REMINDERS TO STUDENTS
* All students arriving at school at or after 8:25 must sign in at the HS office with Lara before going to class.
* After school buses depart at 3:15pm to all areas. Late afternoon buses are for students who participate in after school activities. 
* If students are doing an activity after school then they need to remain at school.
